Term\u00e9szetesen az \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat c\u00e9lja tov\u00e1bbra is az, hogy ahol erre lehet\u0151s\u00e9g van, a tulajdoni \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lati viszonyok peren k\u00edv\u00fcli, b\u00e9k\u00e9s meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1ssal rendez\u0151djenek.<\/p>\n
A <\/b>3338 helyrajzi sz\u00e1m\u00fa – Forr\u00e1s sori – ingatlan <\/b>eset\u00e9ben <\/b>a F\u00f6ldhivatal t\u00e9rk\u00e9pi kiegyenl\u00edt\u00e9si elj\u00e1r\u00e1st folytatott le a t\u00e9rk\u00e9pi eltol\u00f3d\u00e1sok, vagyis a nyilv\u00e1ntartott \u00e9s a t\u00e9nylegesen haszn\u00e1lt telekhat\u00e1rok elt\u00e9r\u00e9seinek rendez\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, amelynek ingatlan nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1si \u00e1tvezet\u00e9s\u00e9re 2025-ben sor ker\u00fclt. Az \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat az ig\u00e9ny\u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9si jogi folyamatokat els\u0151sorban peren k\u00edv\u00fcli megegyez\u00e9sek kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s\u00e9vel k\u00edv\u00e1nja lez\u00e1rni. Amennyiben az egyezs\u00e9g a t\u00falhaszn\u00e1lattal \u00e9rintett ingatlantulajdonossal nem j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre, az \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzat a tulajdonosi jogok \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a peres elj\u00e1r\u00e1st halad\u00e9ktalanul megind\u00edtja.<\/p>\n
